3-Day Camp Curriculum — All 16 Missions

The Buzzy Game Builder camp runs over 3 days with 16 missions plus team challenges and bonus activities.

Day 1: Explore & World Build

Mission 1 Creating Teams — name your team Short
Team Challenge Card Quest card game (unplugged) ~15 min
Mission 2 Play & Explore Mini-Games (obby, survival, story demos) ~20 min
Mission 3 World Build Basics — place, move, resize, rotate, clone, delete props ~15 min
Mission 4 World-Build with Props — 30 min free build 30 min
Mission 5 Play and Explore everyone's worlds ~20 min

Day 2: Story & Obby Games

Card Quest Switch decks with another team and play ~10 min
Mission 8 Make a Story Mini-game — story editor, win conditions 15 min
Mission 9 Story Mini-Game Playtest ~20 min
Mission 10 Make an Obby Mini-game — parts, paint, collision, kill bricks 30 min
Mission 11 Obby Mini-Game Playtest ~20 min

Day 3: Survival, Polish & Publish

Team Challenge Orb Defenders card game (unplugged) ~15 min
Mission 14 Build Challenge — Terrain 30 min
Mission 15 Build Challenge — Block of Chocolate 30 min
Mission 16 Polish & Publish a Feature Mini-Game — music, buffs, marketplace 30 min

Recurring Activities

  • Shop Rush (BeeMart) — runs multiple times throughout camp. Students get 5 minutes to grab 5 free items. Teacher must start the event from the Admin Panel.
  • Code Builder Bonus Missions — available for students who finish early. Covers dialogue, click events, moving parts, kill bricks, velocity, transparency.
  • Screenshots for Creator Journal — students take in-game screenshots at checkpoints to record progress.
  • Class Brainstorms — discussion before each major build session.
